Crimes or Attempted Crimes that caused physical or mental injury or death such as: Assault, Child Abuse, Chld Sexual Assault, DWI, Elder Abuse, Family Violence, Hit and Run, Homicide, Human Trafficking, Kidnapping, Robbery, Sexual Assault, Stalking and more. Depending on the state, in some case iIdentify theft and property crimes are not covered
